Specializing in customer awareness and satisfaction, Seamus McNamee leads market research studies in the areas of utilities, health care, municipalities, public policy and higher education. Along with being a professional moderator in qualitative research projects, Seamus is responsible for managing all logistical aspects of projects, including client communication, survey design, timeline, sample development, and the interpretation and presentation of findings. He has served as a project director to over 200 market research studies since joining the company in 2011. Through various methodologies - telephone, email & digital surveys, focus group & in-depth interview moderation - Seamus assists in uncovering the data needed to best understand perceptions, satisfaction, overall awareness, barriers and other drivers to assure long term success for our clients.
